A few days before heading to Kansas for our visit with Mom’s family, my grandmother sent us an e-mail saying how much she was looking forward to our visit….oh, and that the temperatures were expected to be below freezing for most of our visit! Single digit temperatures….wha-wha-what? How do you buy baby clothes for that kind of weather in Los Angeles?
Amanda went to Sports Chalet on 2/26/09 and found what she called “the only snowsuit in Los Angeles". 
It was obviously way too large (and obviously pink), but we put her in it for a minute. She clearly loves it. 
We had to take her out right away, she was burning up after just a few minutes.
